Orders & Printing
Every submitted design becomes an order you can track, print, and follow up on.
What an order contains
An order stores the final design as PNG file(s) (front/back, plus separate high-res print versions) — or as PDF file(s) for events with Vector Mode enabled — along with the underlying design data, the guest's name/email, payment details if the event charges for prints, and shipping information if applicable. Orders move through these statuses:
Pending → Processing
A new submission waiting to be printed or fulfilled.
Completed
Printed/fulfilled and ready for pickup or shipping.
Shipped / Collected
Handed off to a carrier, or picked up by the guest.
Cancelled
Manually cancelled and excluded from fulfillment.

- 5

A public "now printing" screen for a TV, with sound notifications and auto-refresh.
- 6
Guest order status page
The page a guest reaches from their receipt QR code, showing status and a download/payment link.
Guest receipts via Bluetooth (Niimbot)
Connect a Niimbot B21 or M2 printer over Bluetooth to print a small receipt automatically when a guest submits a design — their claim ticket, not the product itself. The item they actually ordered prints through the print server below.
Connect
Scan and pair from the Bluetooth dialog; the app reconnects automatically next time on web.
Customize the receipt
Header/footer text, name/email/order#/event name, a QR code, size in mm, and layout — previewed live at true print DPI.
On iOS/Android the app uses native Bluetooth instead of the browser, and on desktop apps it goes through a system pairing prompt — either way, reconnect manually if prompted.

Printing via the print server
The print server turns any printer or machine connected to a Windows PC into something every app can print to — if Windows can print to it, this platform can send a job to it. The app looks for a running print server on your local network automatically (or you can enter an IP address manually) and sends print jobs with copies, paper size, duplex, color, and orientation options.
Auto-discovery
Scans your local network for a running print server.
Manual connection
Enter the server's IP and port if auto-discovery doesn't find it.
Reprint
Resend 1–100 copies per side from the Orders screen if a print job came out wrong or needs redoing.
What you can connect
Any printer or machine supported by Windows works — a few examples:
DTF printers
Direct-to-film transfers for apparel and tote bags.
UV printers
Direct-to-object printing on drinkware, signage, and acrylic.
Home & desktop inkjet
Everyday inkjet printers for photo prints, cards, and paper goods.
Engraving machines
Laser or rotary engravers for wood, metal, glass, and acrylic.
Cricut & vinyl cutters
Plotters that cut stickers, decals, and vinyl designs.
Label printers
Dedicated label printers for product labels and packaging — distinct from the Niimbot receipt printer above.
Need the Windows Print Server installer? Download it, along with the iOS, Android, and Windows apps, from the Resources page.
Scanning orders on-site
Staff can scan the QR code on a printed receipt (or search by order number, name, or email) to pull up an order, change its status, view payment/shipping info, and resend the confirmation email.
