    Syncing & Offline Use

Run an event at a kiosk with no internet connection, then sync everything once you're back online.

    How offline mode works

Opening an event caches its templates, surveys, fonts, colors, stickers/shapes, and images on the device, so that data isn't loaded again each time. For full offline use, the event must be downloaded onto the kiosk: press the Download For Offline Use button in the Kiosk app. Once downloaded, guests can complete surveys, edit designs, and submit orders entirely offline — submissions and file uploads queue locally instead of failing.

    Before you go offline

While still online, press Download For Offline Use in the Kiosk app for every event you plan to run offline — offline mode can only use what has already been downloaded to the device. Simply opening an event caches it for faster loading, but does not make it fully available offline.
