Events Management
An event is the branded flow guests go through — from landing page to finished design.
Creating an event
Event creation only asks for the essentials; everything else uses sensible defaults you can refine later:
- 1
Name
Required. Also used to auto-generate the URL slug if you leave it blank.
- 2
Slug
The URL segment guests will use — editable if you want something shorter or branded.
- 3
Instructions overlay
An optional dialog shown when the canvas loads, with adjustable size, background, and border radius.
- 4
Custom base URL
Choose one of your verified custom domains, or use the default platform URL.
- 5
Event Enabled
Disabled events are not reachable by guests, even with a direct link.
Don't want to start from a blank canvas? Enter one of the preconfigured event codes in the event creation dialog to start from a ready-made template.
How many events you can have enabled at once depends on your plan: Starter allows 1, Pro and Lifetime allow 5. See Billing & Credits.

Editing an event
The Edit Event screen is organized into tabs:
Pages
Landing page and end page images, call-to-action buttons, and timers.
Canvas
Front/back canvas size, editable area, round-canvas mode, and custom masks.
Toolbar
Which editing tools are visible, default colors, camera behavior, and which fonts/shapes/stickers/colors are enabled.
Export
Print and preview PNG quality, Vector Mode for engraving/vinyl workflows, and Niimbot receipt settings.
AI Features
Toggle Nano Banana PRO (2 credits/use) vs. standard AI edits (1 credit/use), and set total/per-session credit budgets.
Advanced (Pro)
Webhook URL for order notifications, your own Stripe configuration, shipping options, and Child Events.
Connect Custom Event Domain
Use your own domain for guest-facing event links instead of the default platform URL.
Payment Settings
Connect your own Stripe account and configure what guests pay, plus optional shipping.
Child events
Child Events let one landing page offer several linked sub-configurations — for example, different templates for kids vs. adults — each with its own canvas, toolbar, export, and AI settings. Guests pick one from a selection screen before continuing. This is a Pro-plan feature.
Analytics
Each event has an Analytics view showing how guests are moving through the funnel, so you can see where drop-off happens between landing, survey, editor, and submission.
