    Getting Started

A guided live-event personalization platform: guests land on an event page, design a custom product, and you collect, print, or ship the result.

    What this platform does

You create an event — a branded landing page with one or more design templates — and guests personalize a design that becomes an order you can produce or hand off. It works for live event professionals, print shops, and craft or retail brands running pop-ups, markets, and brand activations. Here is the flow, step by step:

    1. 1

      Create an event

Set up a branded landing page with one or more design templates.

    2. 2

      Guest interaction

The event is pre-loaded on a kiosk at your design station, or they can open the event on their own smartphone.

    3. 3

      Optional survey

Guests answer a short questionnaire; answers can be placed on the design or used in AI prompts.

    4. 4

      Personalize the design

In the built-in editor, guests add a photo, text, stickers, or an AI-generated image.

    5. 5

      Submit

The design becomes an order you can review, track, and print.

    6. 6

      Produce or hand off

Print a claim ticket on a Bluetooth receipt printer, send the actual item to the printer or machine on your print server, or deliver it as a digital download.

Events can be in-person or virtual, and the device guests use depends on which:

    In-person events

Guests are on-site at your pop-up, market, or activation and collect the finished item on the spot, later, or by shipment.

    Virtual events

Guests join remotely through the event link and receive their result as a digital download or by shipment.

    Kiosk tablets (in-person only)

A tablet at your station runs the kiosk app so guests can walk up and design on it. Kiosks are set up for in-person events only.

    Guest's smartphone (in-person & virtual)

Guests open the event link or scan its QR code on their own phone. This works for both in-person and virtual events.

    What guests can actually make

A template can be built around almost any physical or digital keepsake. What actually comes out depends on which printer or machine you connect — here's how the two line up:

    Photo prints & cards

Instant photo prints, photo strips, greeting cards, and invitations, printed on a desktop inkjet or photo printer.

    Apparel & tote bags

T-shirts, hoodies, caps, and bags personalized with a DTF or UV transfer printer and heat press.

    Drinkware, signage & acrylic

Mugs, bottles, signage, and acrylic or leather-style goods, printed directly onto the item with a UV printer.

    Stickers, labels & decals

Vinyl stickers and product labels, cut on a Cricut-style plotter or printed on a label printer.

    Engraved keepsakes

Wood, metal, glass, and acrylic pieces personalized on a laser or rotary engraving machine.

    Special use cases

Items that can be hot foil stamped, screen printed, embroidered (digitizing required), or any other manual production process.

    Logging in

Admin access lives at /admin/login. Sign in with the email and password you registered with. On first login your account is provisioned with 10 free AI credits automatically.

    Quick start: your first event

    1. 1

      Create an event

Go to Events → New Event, give it a name (the URL slug is generated for you), and save.

    2. 2

Set up the canvas and toolbar

Open the event to configure canvas size, which editing tools guests can use, and fonts/stickers/colors.

    3. 3

Add a landing and end page

Upload a landing image and call-to-action, and an end-of-flow "thank you" screen.

    4. 4

      Enable the event

Flip Event Enabled on. Your plan determines how many events can be enabled at once.

    5. 5

      Test the guest flow

Open the event URL yourself, go through it end to end, and submit a test design.

    6. 6

      Connect a printer (optional)

Pair a Niimbot printer over Bluetooth for guest receipts, or connect a print server for the printer or machine that produces the actual item.
