Advanced (Pro)
Branding, webhooks, your own payment setup, and Child Events — available on the Pro plan and above.
Branding & background
On a parent event, set an Event Logo (shown in the editor header). The Page Background color and image control what guests see behind the canvas itself.
Event SEO
Found directly below Event Logo on a parent event, Event SEO controls how the event appears in browser tabs, search results, and when the link is shared on social media or messaging apps. It applies to all of the event's public pages.
Event Favicon
The small icon shown in the browser tab, as PNG, JPG, or ICO.
Social Share Preview Image
The image shown when the event link is shared on social media or messaging apps. Recommended size: 1200 x 630 px (PNG, JPG, or WebP).
Page Title
Shown in the browser tab and search results, up to 70 characters. Leave empty to use the event name.
Meta Description
A short summary shown in search results and social previews, up to 160 characters.
Countdown timer
Give guests a session time limit of 1–120 minutes (0 disables it), with an optional Allow Pausing toggle so they can pause and resume.
End page call-to-action
Add a CTA button to the end page with its own URL, a Same Tab / New Tab target, and custom styling. You can also show a secondary Restart Session button, with its own text, spacing, and colors.
Webhook
Set a Webhook Destination URL to receive a POST request with order data — customer name, email, opt-in status, and file URLs — every time a guest submits a design.
Payments & shipping
Configure your own Stripe account and shipping options for this event here. See Billing & Credits for how guest payments work platform-wide.
Turn on Enable Payments, choose one of your saved Stripe accounts, then set the product name, price, and currency. Prices are entered in the smallest currency unit — e.g. 500 means $5.00. You can also enable Stripe Auto Tax and shipping with allowed countries and rates. Your Stripe accounts (up to 5) are added from Payment Settings on the Events page.
Child Events
Enable Child Events to show guests a selection screen on the landing page, letting one event offer several linked sub-configurations — each with its own canvas, toolbar, export, and AI settings.
Advanced use cases
Want to see these settings put to work? Advanced Use Cases walks through complete recipes that combine them:
The best in-person guest experience
Combine a receipt printer, a live status screen, and a scan-to-collect flow.
Different surveys per child event, with dynamic mapping
Run a different survey per child event and map answers onto the design.
Advanced branding and colors
Theme the survey, landing page, editor, and ending page to match your brand.
A custom call-to-action on the Ending Page
Send guests to your website, a form, or another experience after they submit.
Webhooks for your own integrations
Push survey answers and orders to your own tools in real time.
Running an event as a retail or online store
Combine child events, surveys, and payments into a small storefront.
