    Payment Settings

Connect your own Stripe account and configure what guests pay, plus optional shipping.

    Adding a Stripe account

From the Events page, click Payment Settings to add up to 5 Stripe configurations:

    Payment name

A label to tell configurations apart, e.g. "Main Stripe Account".

    Stripe publishable key

Your pk_... key, used on the guest-facing checkout.

    Stripe secret key

Your sk_... key, used server-side to create charges.

    Enabling payments on an event

Inside an event's Advanced (Pro) tab, turn on Enable Payments and configure:

    Payment configuration

Which of your saved Stripe accounts to charge guests through.

    Product name

The name shown on the Stripe payment page.

    Price

Entered in the smallest currency unit — e.g. 500 means $5.00.

    Currency

USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, or AUD.

Payments are set per event in its Advanced (Pro) settings, which need the Pro plan or above — see Billing & Credits for plans.

    Automatic tax

Turn on Stripe Auto Tax to have Stripe automatically calculate and collect tax based on your Stripe account's tax settings.

    Shipping

Turn on shipping to collect an address and offer rate options at checkout:

    Allowed countries

Pick which countries you ship to; at least one is required.

    Shipping rates

Add one or more named rates, each with an amount and a min/max delivery window in days.

    Free shipping

Set a rate's amount to 0 to offer it for free.

This connects your own Stripe account for guest payments on a specific event. For AI credits and your own plan/billing, see Billing & Credits instead.
