Event Gallery
Publish a branded, optionally password-protected gallery of the designs guests created at your event.
Configure the public event gallery: password access, layout, branding, visible order statuses, and download options for the designs guests create.
What the gallery is
Each event can have a public online gallery that lists the completed designs for that event in a grid. Admins decide who can open it, which designs appear, how it looks, and whether guests can download. This page covers the admin settings. To see what guests experience, read The gallery in Guest Experience.
Opening the gallery settings
- 1
Open the Events page
Find the event in your list.
- 2
Click Gallery
Click the Gallery button on the event row to open Online Gallery Settings.
- 3

Adjust the options below and save. Copy the Gallery URL from the top of the dialog to share the gallery.
Access, URL, and content
These Basic Settings control who can open the gallery and what appears in it:
Gallery Title
The title shown in the gallery header.
Gallery Slug (optional)
Create a custom, memorable URL. Only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens are allowed, and each slug can only be used by one gallery.
Public Access
When on, anyone with the link can view the gallery. Turn it off to require a Password before guests can view.
Visible Order Statuses
Choose which order statuses are shown, so unfinished or unwanted orders stay out of the public gallery. Orders are explained in Orders & Printing.
Image Display Type
Show either Full Preview Images or Print Output Images in the gallery.
Layout and display
Grid Layout
Choose a Normal Grid or a Masonry layout.
Card Size
Small, Medium, or Large cards.
Designs Per Page
How many designs load on each page of the gallery.
Card Border Corners
Square, or Rounded in Small, Medium, or Large.
Branding the gallery
Make the gallery match your event with the Background, Header, and Color settings:
Background
Pick a Page Background Gradient preset such as Dark Slate, Midnight Navy, or Ocean Blue, or upload a Background Image with a Fill, Repeat, or Contain fill style.
Header
Hide the header, upload a Header Logo and a Favicon, align the content left, center, or right, and set the text color and a color or transparent background.
Theme colors
Set the Main Theme Color for buttons and loaders, plus the Download Button Icon & Text Color.
Card and lightbox colors
Set the Card Border Color, Lightbox Image Border Color, and Lightbox Background Color.
Download settings
Decide what guests are allowed to download. Turn both options off for a view-only gallery.
Show Individual Download Buttons
Adds download buttons for the front and back images of each design.
Show Download All Button
Adds a button that gives guests a zip file of every design in the gallery.
Gallery settings are saved per event and are copied when you duplicate an event. To style the pages guests see while designing, use Branding & Colors.
