Toolbar
Control which editing tools guests see, the editor's look, default styling for new objects, and the camera.
Tool visibility
Each tool in the guest editor can be shown or hidden independently:
Navigation & history
Event name/logo/timer, Undo/Redo, Grid, Align, and Zoom controls.
Photo capture
Take a selfie/photo with the device camera, or upload a photo from files.
Creative tools
AI edits, Draw, Text, Stickers, and Layers.
Printable area overlay
Show or hide the printable area outline and its dimensions on the canvas.
Toolbar theme
Set hex colors for the toolbar background, icon buttons, icon color, the cancel/exit button, and the main submit button's background and text — so the editor can match your event's branding.
Defaults for new objects
These settings control what a tool creates by default, before the guest makes any changes:
Text defaults
Auto font size (or a fixed pixel size), bold/italic/underline, and fill, stroke, and highlight colors.
Drawing defaults
Brush width, shadow, offset, and transparency, plus a toggle to apply the fill color to the shadow too.
Stickers & shapes
Default fill, stroke, and highlight colors applied to new stickers, icons, and shapes.
Grid & snapping
Turn the grid on by default, set its size, and enable snap-to-grid relative to the full canvas or just the print area.
Camera
Configure how the in-editor camera behaves when a guest takes a photo:
Aspect ratio
Square, Portrait, Landscape, Widescreen, or Tall.
Front/back switcher
Hide the option to switch cameras if you want to lock guests to one.
Flash mode
Auto, Off, or On.
Countdown
Show a 3, 5, or 10-second countdown before capture, optionally starting automatically when the camera opens.
Fonts, colors, stickers & shapes
Choose exactly which fonts, color swatches, sticker categories (including your own), and shape categories are available to guests in this event — everything else in your library stays hidden. Sticker search can be toggled on or off, and online search depends on whether Magnific search is enabled for your account.
Button labels and other interface text shown to guests can be localized from the Translation Settings dialog, opened from this tab.
