    Connect Custom Event Domain

Use your own domain for guest-facing event links instead of the default platform URL.

    Adding a domain

From the Events page, click Connect Custom Domain and add a hostname:

    1. 1

      Add your domain

Use a subdomain, e.g. app.yourdomain.com, rather than a bare root domain.

    2. 2

Add the CNAME and TXT (Verification) records

Create both records shown in the dialog with your DNS provider.

    3. 3

      Click Refresh

Then add the TXT (Certificate / ACME) record once it appears.

    4. 4

      Wait for Active status

This typically happens within about 15 minutes, after which the domain is available to assign to your events.

    DNS records

Each domain needs a CNAME record pointing at the platform's hostname, plus one or more TXT records — an ownership verification record first, and a certificate/ACME record for SSL once the CNAME resolves. Every record has a one-click Copy button for its name and value. If you use Cloudflare, set the CNAME record to DNS-only (grey cloud), not proxied.

    Domain status

    Pending DNS

Waiting for your CNAME/TXT records to be detected.

    Pending SSL

DNS is verified; an SSL certificate is being provisioned.

    Active

The domain is live and ready to use on an event.

    Error

Something failed — double-check your DNS records and click Refresh again.

    Using it on an event

Once a domain is Active, open an event and set its Custom base URL to that domain instead of the default platform URL — see Events Management for where that option lives when creating or editing an event.

Adding more than one custom domain may be restricted on Starter-plan accounts once a domain already exists — upgrade to Pro or Lifetime to connect additional domains.
